<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient processing against superalloy articles which are produced, reversed, and restored by welding. SOLUTION: This invention provides a heating device 10 and a heating method for welding superalloy articles. According to the device 10 and the method, a heat treatment is applied to the articles before and after the welding in an enclosure 12 identical for performing a welding operation. The device 10 accurately controls the temperature of the articles to be welded during a total temperature treatment profile, using a means for welding the articles, a means 14 for heating the articles in the enclosure 12, and a means 24 for sensing the temperature of the articles. The device is also cooperated with a memory storage device for memorizing proper pre-welding and post-welding heat treatment temperature profiles and a welding temperature profile about the articles.</p> |
