摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the diffusion of the fluorocarbon polymer, and to increase the torsion and bending characteristic by arranging a reinforcing layer provided with a clearance space passing through it around a tubular inside liner, and diffusing the outer surface of the inside liner in the clearance space of the reinforcing layer, and adhering the first layer to the inside liner. SOLUTION: A layer 14 can be formed from a metal coated material arranged by inserting and pinching it or tightly wound around an inside liner 12. The material forming the reinforcing layer 14 is obtained by generally weaving or knitting the entangled fibers, and formed with a clearance space for facilitating the connection of the layer 14 to the inside liner 12. As a material to be used for the layer 14, glass fiber such as fiber glass is desirable. Glass fiber provides a sufficient strength for reinforcing the inside liner 12, and has the heat resistance important to the use in the high-temperature environment. The layer 14 increases the hoop strength of the hose assembly 10.
