PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare noodles such as wheat noodles and buckwheat noodles and to newly prepare various original noodles by forming recesses on a normal plate, putting in a material for which wheat flour or buckwheat flour is mixed in water in the recesses and steaming it in a steam basket. SOLUTION: In order to prepare the noodles such as the wheat noodles, the buckwheat noodles and Chinese noodles and the food of the noodles composed of the skin of dumpling or the like, the recesses 3-2 are formed on the normal plate 3-3. Also, the pattern of the recesses 3-2 is changed, width is narrowed or widened so as to be suited to the skin of the dumpling or the like and a shape can be formed into a round 6-2, a square 6-3 or a triangle 6-4. Then by putting in the material for which the water is mixed in the wheat flour or the buckwheat flour in the recesses 3-2 and then steaming it in a steamer, the buckwheat noodles or the wheat noodles are easily prepared. Further, when the material is put inside the respective recesses composed of the round 6-2, the square 6-3 and the triangle 6-4 and is steamed, the various creative noodles are newly prepared. |
