<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defects of a well known pressed sheet material and achieve a long life in a layer member, especially, a printed sheet of improved quality. SOLUTION: This pressing tool manufactures a flat layer member with a coating formed on at least one of the face sides using a synthetic resin. This tool is used especially with regard to a pressed sheet for the manufacture of a printed sheet and in the method for manufacturing the pressed sheet. In this case, the working face of the heatable pressing tool has a heat ray expansion coefficient showing at most 2.5×10*-6/K difference from the heat ray expansion coefficient of a coating material and besides, a higher value of hardness than 44 HRC. The working face may have a hard layer as a consideration depending upon occasion. This manufacturing method considers the manufacture of an original sheet having high quality and high parallelism between opposiing faces in a first stop. The hard layer with 5-55μm thickness is formed at least on one of the faces of the sheet.</p> |
