PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the damping effect by arranging magnets in the inner parts of a vessel and a lid except the bellows part of a damper for sealing a viscous fluid and also in the inner part of a stirring part, and locating each magnet so that the same polarity is oriented toward the inside of the damper. SOLUTION: A vessel 1 is formed of a single structure of a movable rubber elastic body capable of sealing a viscous fluid 2 with a lid 5, or a composite structure of the rubber elastic body and a hard resin or the rubber elastic body and a metal. A rigid shaft 4 protruded from a body to be supported is inserted to the cylindrical resistance part of the vessel 1 to constitute a stirring part 3, and a magnet 8 is provided on the inside or outside of the stirring part 3, so that the magnet 8 is made to repel a magnet 6 provided on the outside or inside of the vessel 1 except a bellows part 15 and a magnet 7 provided on the inside or outside of the lid 5 to provide a damping effect. |
