PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a lubricant composition having excellent lubricating performance and capable of imparting a highly, practically reliable magnetically recording medium excellent in running durability and still one without impairing electromagnetically transforming characteristics by including plural specific compounds having fluorine. SOLUTION: This lubricant composition is prepared by including (A) at least one kind of compounds of formula I [R1 is an alkyl or an alkenyl; R2 is a perfluoroalkyl or a perfluoropolyether; (a) is 0-20; (b) is 0 or 1] and/or formula II [R3 is an alkyl or an alkenyl; R4 is a perfluoroalkyl or a perfluoropolyether; R5 is 0 or S; (c) is 0-20; (d) is 0 or 1] and (B) a compound of formula III [R6 is an alkyl or an alkenyl; R7 is a perfluoroalkyl or a perfluoropolyether; R8 is O or S; (e) is 0-20; (f) is 0 or 1; R9-R11 are each a 1-20C hydrocarbon] preferably at a ratio (the compound A/the compound B) of (8/2)-(2/8).
