FILTER DEVICE AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently filter a slurry like viscous fluid without relying on a pressure system or a suction system and requiring a special equipment for this system or receiving legal regulation. SOLUTION: A filter device is equipped with a storage tank 1 of a slurry like viscous fluid, the rotary positive displacement uniaxial eccentric screw pump 10 connected to the outlet of the storage tank and the filter 2 having a filter material 3 therein connected to the discharge port of the pump in a detachable manner and further provided with a liquid surface level sensor 20 sensing the liquid surface of the slurry like viscous fluid and a pressure sensor 21 sensing the pressure applied to the filter material 3. When the pressure applied to the filter material 3 reaches set pressure or more, the driving of the uniaxial eccentric screw pump 10 is stopped and the number of rotations of the pump is set less than the number of rotations before stop before the re-starting of the pump. This operation is repeated.
