摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of a phosphinate as a flame retardant by adding a small amount of nitrogen-free inorganic and/or mineral compounds by including a phosphinate with a diphosphinate and/or a polymer thereof and a synthetic inorganic compound and/or a mineral substance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polymer is compounded with 1-30 wt.% phosphinate of formula I, diphosphonate of formula II and/or polymer thereof, and 0.1-10 wt.% at least one synthetic inorganic compound selected from among an oxygen compound of silicon, a magnesium compound, a metal carbonate with a metal of main group 2 in the periodic table, red phosphorus, a zinc compound, and an aluminum compound and/or minerat substance. In the formulae, R1 and R2 are each a linear or branched 1-6C alkyl and/or an aryl; R3 is a linear or branched 1-10C alkylene, a 6-10C arylene, an alkylarylene, or the like; M is a Ca ion, an Al ion, and/or a Zn ion; m is 1-3; n is 1 or 3; and x is 1 or 2.
