PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film efficiently permeable to and diffusing an agent such as an antibacterial agent, an antifungal agent and the like, transferring little small to the contents, and being excellent in impact strength, tensile strength, transparency, heat sealability and the like. SOLUTION: This antibacterial or antifungal film comprises an ethylene/α- olefin copolymer produced by a metallocene type catalyst having (1) MFR being 0.1-50 g/10 min, (2) density being 0.88-0.92 g/cm3, (3) a peak temperature of a differential elution curve obtained by a temperature rise elution fractionation(TREF) being not more that 90 deg.C, and H/W in which H is a height at the peak of the elution curve and W is a width of a 1/2 height at the peak being at least 1.5×10-3 deg.C-1, further, TREF integral elution volume at 90 deg.C being at least 90%, and (4) the thickness (1a) of an average amorphous portion obtained from a melting terminal temperature (Tm) obtained by DSC and the density being not more than 120Å.
