PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the mis-setting of normal values to be turned to both the operating and releasing conditions of plural braking functions. SOLUTION: This braking force controller 1, having both first and second normal values N1 and N2 to be stored in a storage means 21 as the operating conditions of both first and second braking functions 3 and 4, judges the magnitude between both these first and second normal values N1 and N2 at the time of being set up in the storage means 21 of these values N1 and N2. In the case where the magnitude is reversed ion opposition to the set condition, it is so judged that there was a setting miss, whereby a warning means 27 for urging a reset is installed.
