PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic elevator device dispensing with an oil tank. SOLUTION: This hydraulic elevator device provided with a hydraulic jack 5 erected to slide a plunger 4 formed in hollow shape in a cylinder 3, is constituted to move up a car 6 by force-feeding operating oil into the cylinder 3 by a pump 8 to push the bottom part of the plunger 4 upward. The device is also provided with a hole 4A provided at the upper part of the plunger 4; hoses 9, 9A fitted between the hole 4A and the pump 8 and movable in association with the ascent/descent of the car 6; and oil feeding control means 10, 11 for reciprocating the hydraulic oil between the plunger 4 and the cylinder 3 according to ascent/descent commands of the car 6.
