PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure simple partitioning between an occupant space and a cargo space in the car interior of an automobile for quick air-conditioning in the crew space and energy saving. SOLUTION: A non-permeable partitioning member 11 arranged above a back rest 6 of a rear seat 5 of an automobile 1 and partitioning the upper part between an occupant space 3 and a cargo space 4 in communication in a car interior 2 and a cover member 14 arranged at the lower part of the partitioning member 11 for covering a space created under the partitioning member 11 in the condition that the back rest 6 of the rear seat 5 is turned down in almost horizontal. The partitioning member 11 is constructed by a transparent resin panel. The cover member 14 is constructed by a non-permeable soft sheet 15 which can be stored in a winding mechanism 17 mounted at the lower part of the partitioning member 11 in a windable and unwindable manner.
