PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacture of a teethed member having no sagging, at sufficiently low cost. SOLUTION: This device for manufacturing a teethed member by molding teeth by a press processing at an edge part of a work 11a is equipped with an upper die (first die) 13 having a die tooth 15, and a bottom die (second die) 14 having first die teeth 19 in correspondent with the die tooth 15 of the upper die 13, and second die teeth 20 whose grooves are shallower than that of the teeth 19, being arranged in order of a setting direction against the upper die 13. Teeth are molded by cutting an edge part of the work 11a at a first step of one setting process between the upper die 13 and the bottom die 14 and, the teeth member is manufactured at a second step by applying a compression restoration to the teeth in a diameter direction.
