PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the cushioning property of a seat cushion, and a side section space, and also, prevent the appearance quality from reducing or the like. SOLUTION: A notch 20 is provided at one section of an arm rest 12, and by arranging a buckle 18 in the notch 20, the arm rest and the buckle are made into an integrated shape. In this case, the buckle 18 is provided in such a manner that the buckle 18 may be swingable at least to the inside of a seat cushion, to the arm rest 12.
