PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the hydrogen gas occlusion performance of hydrogen occluding alloy without being affected by the steam within an absorption cycle. SOLUTION: A hydrogen storage 80 is connected to a main tank part 73 by an L-shaped pipe 81 provided upward. This freezer is provided with a cold or warm water passage 47A which passes the cold or warm water cooled with an evaporator 4 outside the vertical part 81a of the L-shaped pipe 81, so as to form rectifier 81A to cool the vertical part 81a. Though the hydrogen gas within the main tank 73a shits to the hydrogen storage 80 passing trough a L-shaped pipe 81, the steam condenses, is cooled with a rectifier 81A, adheres to the inwall of the pipe of the vertical part 81a, and returns into the under main tank part 73 by the gravity, resulting in no-shift to the hydrogen storage 80. The steam does not flow in the storage casing 82, and the partial pressure of the hydrogen gas goes high, so the hydrogen gas occlusion capacity of the hydrogen occluding alloy 83 rises.
