SOLUTION: A communicating tube 8 connected through first and second circulating valves 9, 10 for forming a circulating loop formed to forcibly circulate ozone dissolved water to a plurality of heat exchanging plates 1 charged in a heat exchanger body 3, an ozone suction ejector 13 to the loop 1, a circulating pump 12 and an expansion tank 16 are unitized, and a unit U for forming the loop is assembled integrally with the body 3.
