PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lower end side of a back surface plate from being condensed, by providing an opening for discharging part of the air in a vent passage toward a lower end side of the plate covering forward part of a back surface side vent passage at a rear end side of a bottom plate covering upward part of a bottom surface side vent passage. SOLUTION: In an open display case body 1, an opening 4a communicating within a commodity container 2 is provided at a rear end side of a bottom plate 4. Then, the air sucked from an air suction port 3b to a bottom side vent passage 3 is cooled by a cooler 8 by operating a blower 9, exhausted from an air exhaust port 3a through a back surface side and an upper surface side vent passage 3 to form an air curtain A on a front surface of the body 1. In this case, a part of the air flowing out from a rear part of the cooler 8 is exhausted toward a lower end side of a inside door 5 from the opening 4a of the plate 4, and a dew formation of the lower end side of the door 5 can be prevented by the exhausted air. Thus, it is not necessary to add an electric heater or the like and an anti-dewing structure can be simply constituted.
