PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LNG storage tank having a low operational minimum liquid level of LNG. SOLUTION: In an overground type LNG storage tank storing an LNG 10, a tank main body 1 storing the LNG 10 is provided overground, a concrete pit 5 is formed underground near the tank main body 1, and an LNG pump 6 delivering the LNG 10 to other plants is provided at a bottom of the concrete pit 5.
