摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save resources by regulating pressure of each fluid material in a container wherein two kinds of fluid materials such as air, water, and the like having high fluidity, low viscosity, and differential masses, delivering one fluid material in the other fluid material, and rotating a blade utilizing buoyancy and flowing force of the fluid material. SOLUTION: Air and water are used as two kinds of fluid materials, they are filled into a container 9, and a blade 4 connected to an electric motor is rotatably housed in the water. Water flow generated by rotation off the blade 1 is formed in an eccentric shape around a shaft of the blade 4 by a circular arc shaped wall 2 for covering the circumference of the blade 4, and a valve 3 of a tip end of an air leading-in pipe 13 which is disposed facing to the water flow is opened by a pressure difference of pressure acting on the inside/outside of the valve 3. Air in a pipe 13 is taken out, and delivered into the water, and the blade 4 is rotated by a pumping effect when air delivered into the water is raised. Air pressure in the containers 6, 9 is regulated by air pressure regulators 7, 8 so as to regulate water flow speed.
