PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate exchange of a seal packing by arranging the seal packing which is brought into sealing contact with an oiling gun inserted into a penetrating hole, in the penetrating hole of an oiling body connected to a filler tube, and arranging the seal packing by fixing to a member capable of detaching from an atmosphere side. SOLUTION: An oiling port sealing device 1 is mounted on an opening part of a filler tube 15 for preventing fuel vapor generated in a fuel tank or a filler tube 15 connected to the fuel tank from leaking to the atmosphere, and is provided with an oiling port body 2. The body 2 is provided with a seal packing 6 for sealing a clearance between the seal packing 6 and an oiling gun 16 when the oiling gun 16 is inserted, a plate 7 to which the seal packing 6 is fixed, and a shutter 8 for sealing a penetrating hole 3 when the oiling gun 16 is not inserted. The sealing packing 6 is detachably supported from the atmosphere by fitting a claw disposed on an outer periphery of the plate 7 to a fitting hole of the penetrating hole 3.
