PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV valve device that can be modified from an I-type pipe specification to an L-type pipe specification easily and realize compatibility of prescribed tightening torque and the piping direction even in the L-type pipe specification. SOLUTION: A tapered male screw 6 is formed on the outer circumference of the upper stream side of a PCV valve 1 and I-type pipe part 5 for connection of a linear piping hose along a shaft core of the PCV valve 1 is formed on the lower stream side. A curved L-type pipe 20 is installed separately from the PCV valve. One curved part of the L-type pipe 20 is made to be an engaging side part 20a possible to be engaged to the I-type pipe part 5, and the other curved part is made to be a piping hose connecting side part 20b. The engaging side part 20a of I-type pipe part 5 and L-type pipe 20 is provided with a coming- off stopping measure in each side under engaged state and is constructed so that the rotation can be made and the seal between them can be held.
