PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a screw hole unobtrusive in repairing an ALC panel so as to improve appearance by filling a screw hole of an outer wall coating ALC panel screwed to a building frame of a building with a sealant, then fitting a patch which has the substantially same diameter as that of the screw hole and similar pattern as painting of the outer wall ALC panel to be finished by adhesion of the sealant. SOLUTION: An ALC panel 2 is stopped to a wooden post by a screw 3. At this time, the depth of a screw hole 2a of an outer wall surface is about 3-5 mm, the screw hole 2a is filled with a sealant 5, a patch 4 is fitted from the surface of the ALC panel 2 to be made adhere to the sealant 5, and the patch 4 surface and the ALC panel 2 surface are finished to be flush with each other. The patch 4 has a pattern similar to multi-color granitic painting applied to the surface of the ALC panel 2. Thus, the outer wall surface of the same pattern can be finished to make the screw hole 4 of the outer wall surface of the ALC panel 2 unobtrusive so as to obtain good appearance.
