PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water plug device having a heat insulation structure provided on a spout, enhancing water resistance of signal wires, and being easy for fabrication. SOLUTION: The base side of a spout 14 having a water ejection member 13 is rotatably secured to a stationarily arranged water plug main body 12 at its tip end. Herein, the spout 14 includes the first pipe member 17 of a water ejection member coupling 16 joined with a water ejection member 13 at its tip side and main body coupling 15 provided with a main body joined to a water plug main body 12 at its base side respectively, and a second pipe member 19 being disposed at the inside of the first pipe member 17 with an interstice 18, and connected to water ejection coupling 16 in its tip side and also connected to the main body coupling 15 in its base side respectively in watertight relation.
