PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the indicated position detection method and device of a video screen for accelerating a response to an instruction without increasing the cost of the device even in the case of detecting plural indicated positions. SOLUTION: When trigger signals are outputted from model guns 30A-30D, trigger images are displayed on an image monitoring device 20 in response to the trigger signals. By timing signals from the model guns 30A-30D, the indicated position which is the value of an image display counter 12 at the moment is set to a register 13. A coordinate value of the indicated position of the model guns 30A-30D set to the register 13 is fetched to a game control part 14 in the horizontal fly-back period of a scanning line. Every time horizontal scanning is carried out for displaying the video screen, an indicated position detection processing to the image monitoring device 20 by the model guns 30A-30D is performed. |
