PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper member and an outer cylindrical member from being deformed due to pressing force applied to the caulking part of the cylindrical member when the stopper member is caulked so as to be fixed to the outer cylindrical member. SOLUTION: When a stopper fitting 40 is to be fixed to the upper end part of an outer cylindrical fitting 20, the resting of the flange part 42 of the stopper fitting 40 over to the resting part 22 of the outer cylindrical fitting 20 thereby allows a fitting and insertion part 44 to be fitted and inserted into a fitting and insertion groove 26. By this constitution, when a caulking part 24 is plastically deformed into the inner circumferential side by applying pressing force to the caulking part 24, since the movement to the inner circumferential side of the flange part 40 is restrained by the fitting and insertion part 44 fitted and inserted into the fitting and insertion groove 26, it can be checked by way of the flange part 40 that pressing force is transmitted to the side wall part 40A of the stopper fitting 40. |
