PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a wide rubber sheet to be highly precisely formed using a smaller-size extrusion machine body than a conventional-type version and upgrade the quality of a finished product and at the same time, save on manufacturing cost with the miniaturization of the device. SOLUTION: This roller head rubber extrusion device is equipped with an extrusion machine body 3, a calender means 6 having an upper and a lower calender roll 5U, 5L arranged near a rubber extrusion aperture 4 and a moving means 7 which reciprocates the extrusion machine body 3 relatively with the calender means 6 in the axial direction. Thus it is possible to form a wide rubber sheet of high quality and at the same time, achieve the miniaturization of the device and the saving of manufacturing cost.
