PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which prevents a phenomenon that water left in air supply tube sticks on the lens of the imaging means of the endoscope and simplifies the operation of left water removal. SOLUTION: An automatic air supply mode is programmed in a CPU 110 provided in an endoscope processor 100 and when a power source is turned on, air supply operation through the air supply tube is performed. At the time of washing, continuous air supply through the air supply tube is enabled and operating burden is reduced. Air supply through the air supply tube is stopped by turning on a lamp 120 and at the time of this air supply, the lamp 120 is turned off. An automatic water washing mode is provided and at the time of operation end, air feeding through the air supply tube is automatically executed.
