PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely guide a recording medium to a conveying passage by releasing a form by a releasing pawl in the state that the form engages with the front edge of the recording medium conveyed on the outer periphery of a press roller and sticks to the outer periphery at least 45 deg. from an intersecting position of a holder from a plane passing axes of rotations of a plate cylinder and the roller. SOLUTION: A surface of a press roller 14 has an adhesive property. A printing gap 16 is formed by a plate cylinder 10 and the roller 14, and a form 20 is supplied from a sheet feeder 18 to the gap. The form 20 passing the gap 16 is released by a releasing pawl 22, and fed to a tail flow by a delivery unit 24. In the case that the roller 24 has a minimum diameter (20 mm), delivery of the form 20 at this time directs by the sum of an angle from a point of ending a contact length to a point of releasing the form and about 38 deg. of ending the length. An angle of 7 deg. corresponding to a perimeter obtained by considering capability of always adhering a form to the roller 14 side during printing of the form in the case of 20 mm of the diameter is added to become at least 45 deg. from the intersecting position.
