PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold with less manhour and inexpensively a crawler with a different perimeter by only adding or removing a part of a mold. SOLUTION: In a method for integral vulcanization for integrally molding and vulcanizing a crawler between an endless ring-like outer mold and an inner mold, a crawler constituting part 1 is molded in a mold wherein a plurality of square inner and outer molds with a selected number 2L3, 2L4, 2L5, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 are combined between front and back semicircular inner and outer molds 2L1, 3A-3D and 2L2, 3E-3H in the peripheral direction of the crawler 1. It is possible thereby to inexpensively integrally vulcanize and mold a variety of crawlers with different kinds of perimeters by selecting the number of the square inner and outer molds 2L3, 2L4, 2L5, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 in acordance with the perimeter of the crawler 1 to be obtd. and using the front and back semicircular inner and outer molds 2L1, 3A-3D and 2L2, 3E-3H in common as they are. |
