摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically shorten the time when a closet seat surface warms up after energization to a heater and to maintain the strength of the closet seat by a method not existing heretofore by forming the lower part of the closet seat of an expansion resin utilizing the spring back of glass fibers. SOLUTION: A closet seat surface resin layer 2 is formed at a thickness to allow the transmission of the IR rays radiated from the heater and is about 0.5 to 1.5 mm in the case of a generally used PP resin, ABS resin, etc. The heater 3 consist of materials which have characteristics to radiate the IF rays and are generally formed by blending carbon fibers, pulp, resins, etc. The closet seat lower layer resin layer 4 utilizing the spring back of the glass fibers have a role of supporting the closet seat surface resin layer 2, by which the strength to withstand the impact when a person sits on the closet seat is imparted to the closet seat. A thermal insulating layer 4b containing gas prevents the escape of the heat of the heater 3 to a lower side.
