PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact container for sorted collection which enables simple removal of a mirror from a lid body without using a jig when discharging the compact container. SOLUTION: This compact container for sorted collection has a mirror 3 on the ceiling surface of a lid body A. The body 1 of a lid composing the lid body A has a recessed part 1a for mounting the mirror 3, and in the production, a shape memory resin member 2 is mounted on the entire circumference or a part of the recessed part 1 to fit the mirror 3 thereinto, and then, the shape memory resin member 2 is deformed to fix the mirror 3 to the body 1 of the lid. In the discarding of the compact container, the shape memory resin member 2 is restored to the original position to release the fixation of the mirror 3, thereby enabling sorted recovery of the body 1 of the lid A and the mirror 3.
