PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a child to put on or take off shoes by himself as a pleasant habit by making a pattern appear in motion simply on an upper front part when he/she does so to tempt his interests in the pattern. SOLUTION: A tie band 1 mounted on one side 02 of an upper front part is mounted over an upper front opening part 01 and the upper front opening part 01 is freely tightened by the tie band 1 with the engagement between a hook tape 11 mounted on the rear of the tie band 1 and a loop tape 12 mounted on the other side of the upper front part corresponding thereto. A pattern piece 2 is applied on the rear of the tie band 1 free to develop and fold in linkage with the opening or closing of the tie band 1.
