PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure whereby a projecting piece which pushes a blanked scrap is easily provided in an upper die and durability of the projecting piece can be improved. SOLUTION: This blanked scrap removing device removes a blanked scrap from a blank formed by blanking paper material and is provided with an upper die 5 which is formed with a projecting piece 51 to push the blanked scrap, and the projecting piece 51 consists of a base edge part which is driven into the upper die and a flange part which sets a length of the base edge part. When the base edge part of the projecting piece 51 is driven into the upper die 5, a protecting member 8 to protect a tip of the projecting part is fitted to be hit.
