PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain springback, opening and warping even if a high steel material is used in order to restrain cost rise. SOLUTION: In this body member 10, one member 10 is constituted into an approximately hat section by providing outward flange parts 14 on both sides of a main body part 13 formed of a plate material into a U-shaped section. The flange parts 14 are welded to both side ends of the other member formed of a plate material to constitute a body member having a closed section. In this case, beads 16 are intermittently formed on corner parts 15 continuously formed between the main body part 13 of one member 10 and the flange parts 14 so that large residual strain may be generated on the bead parts 16 in press molding.
