PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the braking force while considering a driver's will for steering by operating a braking force target value on the basis of the brake operating condition, and then adjusting a braking oil pressure to be added to a wheel cylinder to agree the braking force of the vehicle with the braking force target value. SOLUTION: The operation of the braking force of a vehicle at the present time is executed while reading the data detected by an upper and lower force detecting sensor, a front and back force sensor 5, and a master cylinder liquid pressure sensor 6. Then the master pressure detected by the master cylinder liquid pressure sensor 6 is converted into the data of a brake input value to operate the braking force target value. Then the braking pressure is adjusted. That is, the driving signals corresponding to the operated braking force target value are respectively output to a braking pressure control valve device 11 and a pump motor 12 from ECU 2. Whereby a holding valve 9, a depressurizing valve 10 and a pump are properly operated, and the braking pressure of a wheel cylinder is adjusted, so that the braking force of the vehicle is agreed with the braking force target value.
