PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticky sheet which prevents a foaming agent packed in a cavity formed in a molded product from leaking and also a foam from overflowing and further, seals an injection aperture so that the interior of the cavity is uniformly filled with the foam. SOLUTION: The sticky sheet 10 comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12 with air permeability obtained by fibrillating a hot melt-type pressure- sensitive adhesive such as a SIS pressure sensitive adhesive, formed on one of the faces of an air permeable support 11 consisting of an air permeable base material such as a nonwoven fabric or a feltlike fiber aggregation. The sticky sheet 10 has an air permeability which is set to be 30-600 ml/cm2.sec.). The obtained sticky sheet 10 for sealing a foaming agent is attached to a molded product body 21 and an injection aperture 22 for a foaming agent 31 to be injected into is sealed and further, the foaming agent 31 is sealed into a cavity 23. After that, the foaming agent 31 sealed into the cavity 23 is caused to foam to fill the cavity 23 with a foam 30. Thus a molded product 20 with the cavity 23 which is internally filled with the foam 30 uniformly is obtained. |
