PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite skin material having good moldability for complicated form, pattern transferability, flexibility, and heat resistance, and capable of being recycled and incinerated by incorporating a nonfoaming layer consisting of an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition and a polyolefinic resin foaming layer having a specified gel fraction. SOLUTION: A nonfoaming layer consisting of an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition and a polyolefinic resin foaming layer having a set content gel fraction of 50-95% are incorporated to form a composite skin material. Herein, a polyolefinic resin foaming layer is preferably one formed by heat foaming a polyolefinic resin composition consisting principally of an organic peroxide of 0.1-7 pts.wt. and a thermally decomposable foaming agent of 1-10 pts.wt. based on a polyolefinic resin of 100 pts.wt. having a melt flow rate of 10-30 g/10 min, and a highest melting peak temperature (a melting point) of 40-130 deg.C under conditions of a temperature-rising speed of 2 deg.C/min by the use of a differential scanning calorimeter. |
