PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture vinyl chloride resin granules sufficiently kneaded at a low temperature during granulation over a long time by directly integrating a gear pump and a powder conveyor. SOLUTION: A gear pump 10 and a powder conveyor 1 are integrated into a single piece by directly connecting a cylinder 3 to a gear pump housing 12 using connecting bolts 11 without passing through a connecting pipe. The inside diameter of a resin flow path hole in the gear pump housing 12 is of the same size as the inside diameter of the cylinder 3 in the extended line of the cylinder 3. A part of the cylinder 3 is formed upto the inlet of paired gears 13 of a first stage by positioning the tip of a screw 16 way inside the gear pump housing 12. Vinyl chloride resin granules are forced, as such or in a non-molten state, into the gear pump 10 and are shear-mixed on the gear pump 10 to be extruded into granules. |
