PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railing assembling method for a man conveyor positively preventing conveyance omission and erroneous conveyance of members constituting a railing so as to accurately and efficiently assemble the railing. SOLUTION: In a method of assembling a railing for a man conveyor by fitting a plurality of railing panels to a truss with a passenger conveying step row built therein, so as to be arranged along the step row, the railing panel 6 is previously provided with railing supports 7 for fitting and fixing the railing panel 6 to the truss, an inner deck 8 and an outer deck 9 for fixing up external design, a main deck 10 for supporting a moving handrail, and a handrail deck 11 to constitute a panel unit. Such a panel unit 4 is conveyed into a man conveyor installation work execution site, and the railing panel 6 is fitted to the truss through the railing supports 7 to assemble the railing.
