PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductivity by spattering a conductive metal to the surface of brush bristles. SOLUTION: A metal is adhered to the surface 2 of the bristle portion 1 of a brush by spattering. The metal-spattered surface is mounted on the handle of the brush. When using the brush, the brush is held and moved over the surface of OA equipment or precision parts in a state of sweeping for clearing. Thus, the brush is used for sweeping dust away. As a result, the metal adhered to the bristle portion of a brush by spattering does not change the conductivity, influenced by a humidity change in the atmosphere. Therefore, it is not affected by the environment where it is used. As metal powder dos not fall easily, when used for clearing dust from OA equipment or precision parts, it can remove static electricity, prevents dust from reattaching and can be used suitably.
