PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a fastening device onto a work table without a problem on sealing by movably guiding a piston in an integrally formed bush to form a pressure chamber with the bush, and fixing a cover while aligning to the bush at one side and to the work table at the other side. SOLUTION: A fastening device 1 capable of being mounted on a work table 2, a base and the like, comprises a bush 3 formed as a cylinder. An upper end of the bush 3 is opened, and inserted into a recess 2a of the work table 2. A piston 6 is axially movably inserted into a cylinder hole 4 of the bush 3 to form a pressure chamber 5. On this occasion, an annular clearance between the cylinder hole and the piston 6 is sealed by means of an O-ring 7. An opened upper surface of the bush 3 is closed by a cover 9. The cover 9 comprises an aligning extension part 9a having a dimension fittable to an inner diameter of the bush 3.
