PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sturdy angle adjusting utensil which can be constituted at a low cost while avoiding to become large. SOLUTION: Ratchet gears 13 and 23 are provided on the surfaces, being confronted with each other of the rotating sections 10 and 20 which are confronted in the axial direction wherein a bolt 4 is made as a relative rotating axis, of a pair of arms 1 and 2 connected with the bolt 4, and respective ratchet gears 13 and 23 are equipped with a plurality of gear teeth 13a and 23a, and in the mean time, the arms 1 and 2 are urged in the confronted direction by a spring 6. By this constitution, the relative rotating location of the arms 1 and 2 can be adjusted in steps at angles in response to the gear teeth 13a and 23a. |
