PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing simple circular knitted bag wherein a strong, simple circular knitted bag free from sewn point can be efficiently mass-produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: A fusing tape T is put on an area, where a bag bottom is to be formed, of a cylindrical circular knitted cloth F having a selvage structure on its opposite ends and the tape T is heated to fuse it, thereby fusing the cloths to each other at the area, where a bag bottom is to be formed. Thereafter, the fused portion is cut off to divide the cloth F into two parts to produce a simple circular knitted bag. Thus, since circular knitted cloths are fused to each other by means of a fusing tape, a bag can be sewn without having to perform a sewing treatment, which takes much time, as would be the case for the conventional fabric bag, and hence a circular knitted bag can be provided on the market at an extremely low cost.
