PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tail wheel supporting structure in a travelling working machine capable of stably and readily supporting the tail wheel on a fitting bracket of a working part in the travelling working machine through a fitting board and capable of efficiently performing a height-controlling work of the tail wheel. SOLUTION: This tail wheel supporting structure 2 has a supporting pipe 7 for the tail wheel 6 pierced into a fitting bracket 5 of a working part 3 fitted in a travelling working machine 1 and the supporting pipe 7 is fitted and fixed in vertically controllable and in an attachable and detachable state by a fixing tool 51 such as a control screw through a fitting board 8 and the fitting bracket 5 is formed at a rectangularly in a plain view and the fitting board 8 is formed with a main body part 80 pierced into the fitting bracket 5 and a stopping part 81 projecting to upper both sides of the main body part 80.
