PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a reaction layer raw material of a remarkably high performance gas diffusion electrode increased in three phase zone boundary surface. SOLUTION: At the time of dispersing hydrophobic carbon black, a hydrophilic fine particle and a polytetra fluoroethylene dispersion in an aq. solution containing a surfactant, the hydrophobic carbon black is mixed and dispersed in the aq. solution so as to be D=rc/rp and 0.5<D<2 in the average particle diameter tt wen the average particle diameter of the hydrophilic fine particle dispersed in the aq. solution is expressed by rs, the average particle diameter of the hydrophobic carbon black is expressed by rc and the average particle diameter of the polytetra fluoroethylene dispersion to be used is expressed by rp, the hydrophilic fine particle having rs<2<rp in the average particle diameter rs is mixed and dispersed and after the polytetra fluoroethylene dispersion having average particle diameter rp is mixed, a self-organizing agent is further added and mixed. |
