PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee prosthesis facilitating alignment of a femur part and a tibial part which requires accuracy during assembly of a conventional knee prosthesis, preventing dislocation of the knee, and maintaining anatomical rotational movements of the knee. SOLUTION: This knee prosthesis includes a tibial insert 5 disposed between a tibial plate 1 fixed to a tibia and a condyle fixed to a femur, so that the tibial insert 5 slides on the tibial plate 1, and a mortised part 2 provided on the tibial plate 1 and having a base part 3 and an extension part 4. The extension part 4 is rotationally engaged in the cavity of the tibial insert 5. The base part 3 in the cavity is formed to be capable of translational movement in the longitudinal direction and/or horizontal direction of a socket relative to the tibial insert 5.
