PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reel for fishing having reduced noise of the motor. SOLUTION: An electric reel for fishing, PWM controlling the motor 14 which rotates a spool, according to the switching position of a motor out put controlling lever 10a, setting the frequency of the driving signal added to the gate of a power MOSFETQ1 controlling the PWM >=20 kHz, shifting the magnetostriction (noise sound) generated from the motor 14 synchronizing to the driving signal to the out of audio frequency band to human and making the noise hard to hear by the ears.
