摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a brake and to improve the fuel consumption, in the ON condition of the brake with a low possibility of reacceleration. SOLUTION: An ECU 41 controls the opening of an ISCV 20, to make the idling rotation frequency when the shift position of an automatic transmission 29 is in the drive range, and the idling rotation frequency when the shift position is in a neutral range, more than the set rotation frequencies respectively. The ECU 41 sets the opening of the ISCV 20 by adding a correcting amount corresponding to the various conditions, to the reference control amount depending on the cooling water temperature. When the engine rotation frequency NE is more than a specific rotation frequency in an idling time, and a brake operation signal is put out from a brake switch 33, the correcting amount is set smaller than the OFF condition of the brake, according to the car speed. As a result, the idling rotation frequency is made small, in the ON condition of the brake with low possibility of reacceleration, and the burden of the brake is reduced, while the fuel consumption is improved.
