PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function by providing a wire material before and behind and horizontally on the upper end of a mesh panel spanned between supports, and bending both ends thereof upward to make a part to mount a flowerpot. SOLUTION: A pair of mesh panels 2 are attached through a panel attaching fitting 3 to front and rear face of a support 1 erected at a prescribed interval. Next, the panel 2 is formed by vertically and horizontally intersecting steel wires to be arranged in the form of a lattice, and the intersection point of the steel wires is fixed by resistance welding or the like into a lattice. Next, the upper end of the panel 2 is folded substantially at a right angle to provide a horizontal part 23, and furthermore the horizontal part 23 is folded in substantially parallel with the panel 2 to form a locking part 24. A flowerpot, a planter 4 or the like is mounted on a gutter mounting part 25 formed of the horizontal part 23 and the locking part 24, and falling of the flowerpot, the planter 4 or the like is prevented. Thereby a couple of forces does not act on a mesh panel, even when a large-sized planter is mounted thereon, deflection of the mesh panel can be reduced, and a planting can be locked at from the surface and rear of the mesh fence.
