PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving windowpane and an opening/closing system for the revolving window which can be efficiently manufactured while reducing the number of parts and which is excellent in safety and crime prevention because it is hard to be broken. SOLUTION: This revolving windowpane and the opening/closing system of the window is provided with a reinforcing layer 13 fitted in a glass basic material 11 and a glass basic material 12 to reinforce these glass basic materials 11, 12, and a fitting part 13b integrally formed with the reinforcing layer 13, having the revolving center 13c which is the center for the opening/closing motion, and an opening/closing input part 13d inputting an opening or closing force from a position separated from the revolving center 13c by a specified distance.
